I have been taking the treatment program for 2 years. I have always tried to focus on the treatment because I wanted to live happily after building happiness ability.
I learned about many things and applied the contents to daily life. Now, I know why treatment and prevention are important. I never had interest in human mind, but these days, it is quite fun learning about the operational mechanism of it.
I want to learn more about human mind, and I feel that I can protect myself and live happily that way.
I had thought I had to avoid the situation when I din't know what to do, but now, I know that it does not solve the problem and only aggravates the situation.
I will keep mu initial intention and focus on treatment keeping the will power and efforts.

You have started the treatment with strong will power to restore happiness. you had the initial intention for complete cure and happiness.
You become comfortable and stabilized after some time, and then you can neglect your treatment making your condition deteriorate. Self-check for progress will help you prevent just staying in comfort.
It is important to resume the treatment process even when you digress for a while.
