I think that only I can treat myself. Only I can feel and recognize who I feel, so only I can adjust my mind.
I have realized that taking Mind Training, doing therapeutic tasks, viewing forum videos, and doing self-check for progress are all crucial components of the treatment.
I feel that i am getting better than when I last wrote a review. I can understand things I din't before. I can see other people's mind. I have better relationships with people. I know most of what I want to do can wait until I am completely cured. I know that you will be cured only if you keep doing as instructed. Only those who have done it will know what I mean. It is only you yourself who feel pain or joy.
Sometimes, I feel that I become negligent with my treatment, but i try to gather up my will power and continue with my efforts.
I will go all the way until I am completely cured.

When you write a review every 2 or 3 months, you can check for your progress and continue with your will power and efforts.
Only you can treat yourself. No one else can.
You are the one who decides on the treatment, who implements the program for yourself, and who builds happiness ability.
Please, keep making efforts until you achieve complete cure.
