There is not such thing as a secret method that men can use to satisfy women. 

Women have individual difference in the level of sexual arousal and orgasm since it depends on women's level of xes habits. Women's xes habits are not formed by indirect sexual experiences. Their xes habits such as preference and things that make them aroused are mostly formed by direct experiences, so women's xes habits can be widely different depending on individuals' experiences.

The sentence, 'men can use some methods to satisfy women' does not even make a logical proposition since women's satisfaction cannot come from anything men do. It comes form how women themselves activate their body, mind, and sexuality. Neither men not women know this fact causing all kinds of meaningless efforts and individual and social problems. 

Men's true sex ability is the ability to protect women and comply with women in every aspect when women activate their own sexuality in the way they want. 

It is easier said than done for men to build true sex ability since most adult men already have their own standard of pleasure. It is difficult to discard all their standards and comply with women in every aspect. They may not even be able to achieve erection when their standards of pleasure are  not met.
